What is your shipping policy?

We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia only. Here's what you can expect:

  • UAE Orders: Delivered next day at a cost of 15 AED.
  • Saudi Orders: Delivered within 3 days at a cost of 30 AED.

What is your return/exchange policy?

At Svvvge, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please note that we do not accept returns, only exchanges.

To initiate an exchange, you may contact us through WhatsApp at +971 52 669 1682 or through Instagram at @svvvge.co with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

In the event of an exchange, any price difference between the original item and the new item will be either charged or deducted as applicable. A flat fee of 15 AED will also be applied to cover the cost of processing the exchange.

Exchanges are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that the item you request will be in stock. If the item you request is not available, we will offer a store credit or alternative item.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that do not meet our return criteria, including items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address associated with your purchase. If you haven't received your tracking information via email, don't worry! How do I use a voucher code?

If you have a voucher code you can add it at checkout and your discount will be applied before you place your order.

Please note you may not be able to use some voucher codes on sale items.

How do I pay with Tabby?

Tabby payments bring a new way to shop now and pay later or in instalments at no interest or fees. To get started, just select Tabby at checkout and choose one of the below payment options: 4 interest-free payments: buy now and split the cost into 4 equal payments. Your debit or credit card will be billed every month. No interest and no fees.
