Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. An exchange fee of 15 AED applies to all exchanges.

Exchanges depend on product availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we will offer suitable alternatives or store credit.

Please note that exchanges are not available for international orders. Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs when returning items and for shipping fees on the replacement product.
